With 10 years in the court reporting industry - six of those in leadership roles - she brings a depth of experience grounded in clarity, consistency, and supportive teamwork.

Known for her approachable leadership style, Kathy is continually expanding her knowledge and skills. She has a genuine thirst for learning and often pushes her own boundaries through master classes, books on biography, business and finance, reflecting her commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.

Now 25 years into life with her high-school sweetheart and raising two spirited daughters, Kathy brings the same balance of creativity, intention, and discipline into every part of her life. Additional interest include outdoor activities, hands-on creative projects, and has recently embraced strength training routine as part of her wellness journey.
