Butler Reporting Welcomes Heather Suarez as Full-Time Staff Court Reporter

Butler Reporting is pleased to announce that Heather Suarez, RDR, CRR, FCRR, FPR-C, CA CSR, has joined the firm as a full-time Staff Court Reporter, effective September 7, 2026.
Heather brings 13 years of combined state and federal court reporting experience, including 8.5 years as an official reporter with the United States District Court. Her extensive experience serving the courts, combined with her advanced realtime and professional credentials, brings an exceptional level of expertise to the Butler Reporting team.
Heather began her court reporting career in 2010 and has built a distinguished career centered on accuracy, realtime reporting, professionalism, and service to the legal community. Her credentials include Registered Diplomate Reporter (RDR), Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR), Federal Certified Realtime Reporter (FCRR), Florida Professional Reporter-Certified (FPR-C), and California Certified Shorthand Reporter (CA CSR). The RDR is the highest credential awarded by the National Court Reporters Association.
In addition to her work in the courtroom, Heather has remained actively involved in the court reporting profession and the Florida court reporting community, demonstrating a continued commitment to professional excellence and the advancement of the profession.
